I am a visual and media artist. I also collaborate on art production events as a manager and educator.
I have shown paintings, videos and acted in performances in New York, Puerto Rico, Chicago, San Francisco, Boulder and Prague since 1999. In 2007 I traveled with Nakedmind Productions to India and Nepal and served as a video and photo shooter. I have worked as a Managing Director of Chicago’s Gene Siskel Latin American Film Series from 2005 to 2007, and in the same capacity for The Buddha Prince Theater Production in New York and Minneapolis in 2005. In 2006 I lead the art education program for Root Division, a San Francisco art collective. In Berlin, I was the Artistic Director, set designer, and painter of the 2004 Bebersee Festival. In 2005 I directed and exhibited at the Leftovers exhibit at The School of the Art Institute of Chicago; and presented two performances under the direction of Thea Miklowski, and later with choreographer and director Dee Lottman.
My passion is to support humanity and Planet Earth through social awareness. I like to share stories, to talk about love and beauty from within; and to create bonds among human beings of diverse backgrounds.
